Hoshama ~ ሆሻማ: The name “Hoshama” means heard; he obeys / HBN; Whom Jehovah hears / SBD, (1 ዜና 3፡18)

The name ‘Hoshama’ is derived from ‘Wasie’ (ዋሴ) and ‘Sema’ (ሰማ) ፥ the meaning is ‘my saver heard’ / Ibid.

One of the sons of Jeconiah or Jehoiachin, the last king but one of Judah, “Malchiram also, and Pedaiah, and Shenazar, Jecamiah, Hoshama, and Nedabiah,” (1 Chr 3:18)
