Elihu ~ ኢሊዮ: whose God is he / EBD, (1 ሳሙ 1:1)

The name ‘Elihu’ is derived from ‘Hayalu’ (ሃያሉ) ፥ the meaning is ‘the most powerful’ / Ibid

A forefather of Samuel the prophet, “...his name was Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu …” (1 Sam 1:1)
