Ehud ~ ናዖድ: “Ehud” means union / SBD, (መሣ 3:15)

The name ‘Ehud’ is derived from ‘Wd’ (ውድ) ፥ the meaning is ‘beloved, adored, valued, dear...’ / Ibid

The son of Gera, of the tribe of Benjamin; “... Ehud the son of Gera, a Benjamite, a man lefthanded: and by him the children of Israel sent a present unto Eglon the king of Moab.” (Jud 3:15)

The other person with the same name: A descendant of Benjamin, “The sons also of Jediael; Bilhan: and the sons of Bilhan; Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tharshish, and Ahishahar” (1 Chr 7:10), his great-grandson;

በዚህ ስም የሚታወቁ ሁለት ሰዎች አሉ።

1.                  የቢልሐን ልጅ፥ “የይዲኤልም ልጅ ቢልሐን ነበረ የቢልሐንም ልጆች የዑስ፥ ብንያም፥ ኤሁድ፥ ክንዓና፥ ዜታን፥ ተርሴስ፥ አኪሳአር ነበሩ።” (1 ዜና 7፡10)
