Ahihud ~ አሒሁድ: brother (i.e., "friend") of union /EBD, (ዘኁ 34:27)

The root words ‘Ahihud’ are ‘Aya’ (ahi) and ‘Whud’ (ውሁድ)፥ The meaning is ‘friendly relation’/ Ibid.

‘አያ’ እና ‘ውህድ’ ከሚሉ ቃላት የተመሠረተ ስም ነው።

በዚህ ስም የሚታወቁ ሁለት ሰዎች አሉ።

I.                        አሒሑድ /Ahihud: የኤሁድ ልጅ፥ “ወደ መናሐትም ተማረኩ ናዕማን፥ አኪያ፥ ጌራ፥ እነርሱም ተማረኩ። ዖዛንና አሒሑድን ወለደ” (1 ዜና 8፡7)
