Bethul ~ በቱል: “Bethul” means dweller in God / SBD, (ኢያ 19፡4)

The name ‘Beth-el’ is derived from two words ‘Bietu’ (ቤቱ) and ‘El’ (ኤል) ፥ the meaning is ‘house of the almighty’ / Ibid.

A town of Simeon in the south named with Eltolad and Hormah, “And Eltolad, and Bethul, and Hormah,” (Jos19:4)

Bethuel- ‘ቤተ’ እና ’ኤል’ ከሚሉ ሁለት ቃላት የተመሠረተ ስም ነው።

ለስምዖን ልጆች ነገድ በየወገኖቻቸው የወጣ፣ ርስታቸውም በይሁዳ ልጆች ርስት መከከል የነበረ የቦታ ስም፥ “በቱል፥ ሔርማ፥ ጺቅላግ፥ ቤትማርካቦት፥” (ኢያ 19፡4፣ 5)
