የሻያ ~Jesaiah, Jeshaiah: የሽህ ያህ፣ የሽዎች ጌታ፣ የብዙኃን አምላክ ማለት ነው።

‘የሽህ’ እና ‘ያህ’(ያህዌ ፣ ህያው) ከሚሉ ሁለት ቃላት የተመሠረተ ስም ነው።

በዚህ ስም የሚታወቁ ስድስት ሰዎች አሉ ።

I.                        የሻያ /Jesaiah: የሐናንያ ልጅ፥ “የሐናንያም ልጆች ፈላጥያና የሻያ ነበሩ። የረፋያ ልጆች፥ የአርናን ልጆች፥ የአብድዩ ልጆች፥ የሴኬንያ ልጆች።” (1 ዜና 3፡21)

II.                        የሻያ /Jeshaiah:

1.                  የኤዶታ ልጅ፥ “ከኤዶታም የኤዶታም ልጆች ጎዶልያስ፥ ጽሪ፥ የሻያ፥ ሰሜኢ፥ ሐሸብያ፥ መቲትያ፥ ...” (1 ዜና 25:3)

2.                  የአልዓዛር ልጅ፥ (1 ዜና 26:25)

3.                  የጎቶልያ ልጅ፥ “ከኤላም ልጆች የጎቶልያ ልጅ የሻያ፥ ከእርሱም ጋር ሰባ ወንዶ።” (ዕዝ8:7)

4.                  ከሜራሪ ልጆች ወገን፥ (ዕዝ8:19)

5.                  የብንያም ልጅ፥ (ነህ11:7)
