ይሁዲ ~Jehudi: ይሁዲ፣ አይሁዳዊ፣ ውህድ፣ ተዋሃደ፣ አንድ የሆነ፣ ያይሁድ ወገን ማለት ነው።

‘ይሁዳ’ ከሚለው ስም የመጣ ስም ነው።

የናታንያ ልጅ፥ “አለቆቹም ሁሉ። በሕዝቡ ጆሮ ያነበብኸውን ክርታስ በእጅህ ይዘህ ና የሚል መልእክት በኵሲ ልጅ በሰሌምያ ልጅ በናታንያ ልጅ በይሁዲ እጅ ወደ ባሮክ ላኩ። ...” (ኤር 36፡14፣21)
