Jehizkiah ~ ይሒዝቅያ: Jehovah strengthens / EBD, (2 ዜና 28:12)

The name ‘Jehizkiah’ is derived from ‘Yehzqe’ (የሕዝቀ) and ‘Yah’ (ያህ) ፥ the meaning is ‘strength by Jehovah’ / Ibid.

ይሒዝቅያ ~Jehizkiah: ያህ ሕዝቂያ፣ የአምላክ ኃይል፥ የህያው ብርታት፣ የህያው አምላክ ቃል ማለት ነው።

‘ህዝቅ’ እና ‘ያህ’(ያህዌ) ከሚሉ ቃላት የተመሠረተ ስም ነው።

የሰሎም ልጅ፥ “ደግሞም ከኤፍሬም ልጆች አለቆች የዮሐናን ልጅ ዓዛርያስ፥ የምሺሌሞትም ልጅ በራክያ፥ የሰሎምም ልጅ ይሒዝቅያ፥ ... ላይ ተቃወሙአቸው።” (2 ዜና 28፡12)
