Jehovah-shammah ~ እግዚአብሔር በዚያ አለ: The name “Jehovah-shammah” means the Lord is there / HBN, (ሕዝ 48፡35)

The name ‘Jehovah-shammah’ is derived from ‘Yahwie’ (ያህዌ) and ‘Sema’ (ሰማ) ፥ the meaning is ‘Jehovah heared’ / Ibid.

The symbolical title given by Ezekiel to Jerusalem, which was seen by him in vision, “It was round about eighteen thousand measures: and the name of the city from that day shall be, The LORD is there” (Ezk 48:35)

እግዚአብሔር በዚያአለ ~Jehovah-shammah: ህያው ስም፣ የእግዚአብሔር ስም፣ የአምላክ ስም ማለት ነው።

Jehovah-shammah- ‘ያህዌ’ እና ‘ስም’ ከሚሉ ሁለት ቃላት የተመሠረተ ስም ነው።

የሌዋውያን ርስት የከተማይቱ ይዞታ፥ “ዙሪያዋም አሥራ ስምንት ሺህ ክንድ ይሆናል፥ ከዚያም ቀን ጀምሮ የከተማይቱ ስም። እግዚአብሔር በዚያ አለ ተብሎ ይጠራል።” (ሕዝ 48፡35)
