Ishbah ~ ይሽባ: “Ishbah” means praising / SBD, (1 ዜና 4፡17)

The name ‘Ishbah’ is derived from ‘Yeshi’ (የሽ) and ‘Aba’ (አባ) ፥ the meaning is ‘father of thousands’ / Ibid.

A man in the line of Judah commemorated as the "father of Eshtemos."  “And the sons of Ezra were, Jether, and Mered, and Epher, and Jalon: and she bare Miriam, and Shammai, and Ishbah the father of Eshtemoa” (1 Chr 4:17)

የኤሽትምዓ አባት፣ የዬቴር ልጅ፥ “የዕዝራም ልጆች ዬቴር፥ ሜሬድ፥ ዔፌር፥ ያሎን ነበሩ ዬቴርም ማርያምን፥ ሸማይን፥ የኤሽትምዓን አባት ይሽባን ወለደ።” (1 ዜና 4፡17)
