Benaiah ~ በናያስ: The name “Benaiah” means son of the Lord / HBN, (1 ዜና 27፡5)

The name ‘Benaiah’ is derived from two words ‘Bien’ (ቤን) and ‘Yah’ (ያህ) ፥ the meaning is ‘son of Jehovah’ / Ibid.

The son of Jehoiada, chief priest; “The third captain of the host for the third month was Benaiah the son of Jehoiada ...” (1 Chr 27:5)

በናያስ ~Benaiah: በነ ያህ፣ ያምላክ ልጅ፣ የህያው ልጅ፣ የእግዝአብሔር ቤተሰብ ማለት ነው።

Benaiah- ‘ቤን’ እና ‘ያህ’ (ያህዌ ፣ ህያው) ከሚሉ ስሞች የተመሠረተ ስም ነው።

በዚህ ስም የሚታወቁ ዘጠኝ ሰዎች አሉ።

1.                  የጭፍራ አለቃ የካህኑ የዮዳሄ ልጅ፥ “ለሦስተኛው ወር ሦስተኛው የጭፍራ አለቃ የካህኑ የዮዳሄ ልጅ በናያስ ነበረ:” (1 ዜና 27፡5)

2.                  የእስራኤልንም አምላክ የእግዚአብሔርን ታቦት ያመጡ ዘንድ ከካህናቱና ከሌዋውያኑ ከተቀደሱ፥ (1 ዜና 15:18 ፣ 20)

3.                  በእግዚአብሔር ታቦይ ፊት መለከት ይነፉ ከነበር፥ “ካህናቱም ሰበንያ፥ ኢዮሳፍጥ፥ ናትናኤል፥ ዓማሣይ፥ ዘካርያስ፥ በናያስ፥ አልዓዛር...” (1 ዜና 15:24 ፣ 16:6)

4.                  የይዒኤል ልጅ፥ (2 ዜና 20:14)
