አብዩድ ~Abihu, Abiud: አቢሁድ፣ አብ ውድ፣ የተወደደ አባት፣ በጣም ተወዳጅ ማለት ነው። [ተዛማጅ ስሞች- አቢሁድ፣ አብዮድ]

‘አቢ’ እና  ‘ውድ’ ከሚሉ ሁለት ቃላት የተመሠረተ ስም ነው።

በዚህ ስም የሚታወቁ ሁለት ሰዎች አሉ።

I.      አብዩድ /Abihu: የአሮንም ልጅ፥ ከሙሴና አሮን ጋር ወደ እግዚአብሔር እንዲወጡ ከተመረጡ፥ (ዘጸ 24:1) ፣ አብዮድ- (ዘጸ 6፡23)

II.      አብዩድ /Abiud: በጌታ የዘር ሐረግ የተጠቀሰ የዘሩባቤል ልጅ፥“ዘሩባቤልም አብዩድን ወለደ፤ አብዩድም ኤልያቄምን ወለደ፤ ...” (ማቴ 1:13) ፣ (1 ዜና 8:3)
