Amen ~ አሜን: "that which is true," "truth," / SBD, (ራእ 3፡14)

The root word ‘Amen’ is ‘Amene’ (አመነ) ፥ The meaning is ‘faithful and peaceful unity’/ Ibid.

It is used as an epithet of the Lord Jesus Christ, “...these things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God” (Rev 3:14)

ጌታ ኢየሱስ በዮሐንስ ራእይ ‘አሜን’ ተብሎ ተጠርቷል፥ “..አሜን የሆነው፥ የታመነውና እውነተኛው ምስክር፥ በእግዚአብሔርም ፍጥረት መጀመሪያ የነበረው እንዲህ ይላል” (ራእ 3፡14)
