The name ‘Amana’ is derived from ‘Amene’’ (አመነ) ፥ the
meaning is ‘faithful, trustworthy...’ / Ibid
Apparently
a mountain in or near Lebanon, “...look from the top of Amana,
from the top of Shenir and Hermon, from the lions' ...” (So 4:8)
