Zareah ~ ጾርዓ: East; brightness / HBN; the same as Zorah and Zoreah / SBD, (ነህ 11:29)

The name ‘Zareah’ is derived from ‘Chora’ (ጮራ) ፥ the meaning is ‘sun rays’ / Ibid.

The same as Zorah and Zoreah, “And at Enrimmon, and at Zareah, and at Jarmuth,” (Neh 11:29)

ጾርዓ ~Zareah, Zorah: ጸራ፣ ጠራ፣ ጮራ፣ ጨረር ማለት ነው።

I.                        ጾርዓ /Zareah: በደቡብ በኩል በምድራቸው ዳርቻ አጠገብ እስከ ኤዶምያስ ድንበር ያሉት የይሁዳ ልጆች ነገድ ከተሞች፥ “በጾርዓ፥ በየርሙት፥ በዛኖዋ በዓዶላም በመንደሮቻቸውም፥ በለኪሶና በእርሻዎችዋ፥ በዓዜቃና በመንደሮችዋ ተቀመጡ። እንዲሁ ከቤርሳቤህ ጀምሮ እስከ …” (ነህ 11:29)

II.                        ጾርዓ /Zorah: የዳን ነገድ ርስት፥ “በቈላው ኤሽታኦል፥ ጾርዓ፥ አሽና፥ ዛኖዋ፥” (ኢያ 15:33)
