Jonathan ~ ዮናታን: Whom Jehovah gave / EBD; that is, "the gift of Jehovah / SBD, (መሣ 18:30)

ዮናታን ~Jehonathan, Jonathan: ያህ ናታን፣ ዮናታን፣ የአምላክ ስጦታ፣ የሕያው ሀብት ማለት ነው። [ተዛማጅ ስም- ዮናትን]

‘ያህ’(ያህዌ) እና ‘ናታን’ ከሚሉ ሁለት ቃላት የተመሠረተ ነው።
